Our Guides

Our driver guides are the jewel in our crown -   Your itinerary is a rough diamond and your driver guide a jeweler who will polish it into a sparkling gem!

Loved by our clients they make your holiday wishes come true!   Scenery, hotels, food - all are elements of the vacation experience - but people make the memories.   They can arrange privileged access to private homes and gardens and an entree to high society and the aristocracy.  We can provide driver guides for most languages.

Apart from being university graduates and professionally qualified and approved by the Tourist Board, many are published authors or members of the aristocracy, and are specially chosen by us for their pleasant manner, charm and intelligence and to complement the interests and profiles of our clients. They will be your mentor, guide and friend. Our uniformed chauffeurs are experienced drivers, with an excellent knowledge of the country and the charm that one expects of an Irishman or a kilted Scotsman.

David Wardell

In his late 40s David ran a successful restaurant in Kildare for many years.  He is married to a member of  Ireland's Three Day Event team and a hopeful for the Irish Horseriding Olympic Team. His uncle is the Earl of Erne and he is closely connected to the aristocracy of Britain and Ireland - his mother was a lady in waiting to the Queen.  All our guides are charming, but he is one of the sweetest and most charming men you could meet.

Clients look for him year after year.

Jim Nolan

Jim was financial controller at Aer Lingus in the 1980s and has been guiding our guests around Ireland for the last 10 years. Unfortunately we sometimes have to lend him to the Government, as he is the man always chosen to look after any vvvips! Both Bill & Hilary Clinton, for instance, always use him.
